Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP) endorsed instructor, certifying 200+ CGPS’s for the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. Established the National Customer Service Association (NCSA) Chicagoland as Founding President. Les Clefs d’Or (Gold Key Concierge). Former President of the National Concierge Association – Chicagoland. College professor – Kendall College + Lexington College / Roosevelt University totaling 20 years. Recently counted 750 students total! Authored 250+ hours of corporate training / classroom content on the Customer Experience. Board of Directors for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Chicagoland. Involved with major Chicago city-wide events (America’s Cup, Chicago 2016 Olympic Bid, Democratic National Convention, World Cup, Special Olympics 50th …) Fundraising and public relations as Development Director for Terra Museum of American Art (partnered with Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs) + Ravinia Festival’s institutional advancement team. Initiated & organized 1,000 University of Illinois – Champaign students playing Musical Chairs during college to benefit the American Heart Association, to attempt a Guinness World Record. Enjoys appearing on podcasts, with a passion for storytelling. As an aside yet significant, spouse of an owner of a home caregiving company, BrightStar Care – important work given the current pandemic.
